This is an agreement between myself (Client) and Meredith Marin, Vegan Hospitality & Tourism Worldwide™ (Consultant) for the provision of Professional Training services.

Program: Vegan Hospitality Consultant Training Program focusing on creating your own vegan consulting business via Meredith’s High Impact Hospitality Consulting method. The program includes 12 live virtual group trainings, 90-120 minutes each. The client will also receive 90 minutes of private coaching time (3 thirty minute sessions) with Meredith Marin to be used throughout the duration of the 12-week program.

Disclaimer of Guarantee & Release of Liability: Client accepts and agrees that they are 100% responsible for their progress and results from the Program. Client accepts and agrees that they are the one vital element to the Program’s success and that Company cannot control Client and/or Client’s participation. Client commits to accepting assignments/exercises presented by Company and, to the extent that assignments/exercises require participation client agrees to participate fully. Consultant is only rendering an opinion and will not be held liable for any loss the client may incur resulting from any session.

Entire Agreement:  As written, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Consultant.  They have made no further promises of any kind to one another, nor have they reached any other understandings, either written or verbal. 

Relationship Disclaimer:  Client has been made aware that the relationship with the Consultant and the practice of Consulting is in no way to be constructed as counseling in Psychological, Medical, Legal or any type of Therapy.  In the event the Client feels the need for any of the above, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek such professional(s) and as Client deems necessary.

Acknowledgment:  By checking this box, Client hereby acknowledges that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to it.
