This is an agreement between You (Client) and Meredith Marin (Coach) for the provision of a 12 week Vegan Leadership Course.

Commitment Policy: Client authorizes Company to accept your payment for the Vegan Leadership Accelerator.  You understand this is a non-cancelable commitment and that your payment is non-refundable.

Disclaimer of Guarantee: Client accepts and agrees that they are 100% responsible for their progress and results from the course. Client accepts and agrees that they are the one vital element to the course’s success and that Company cannot control Client and/or Client’s participation.

Relationship Disclaimer and Release of Liability:  Client has been made aware that the relationship with the Coach and the practice of personal and leadership development training via a virtual course is in no way to be constructed as counseling in Psychological, Medical, Legal or any type of Therapy.  In the event the Client feels the need for any of the above, it is the responsibility of the Client to seek such professional(s) and as Client deems necessary. Coach is only rendering an opinion and will not be held liable for any loss the client may incur resulting from any course module. Reproduction or translation of any part of the Coach’s training materials by any means without permission is unlawful.  You do not have permission to share or resell the Coach's training materials.

Entire Agreement:  As written, this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Client and Coach.  They have made no further promises of any kind to one another, nor have they reached any other understandings, either written or verbal.
